Hello there my lovelies!
Look what I found today... Mason Jar Terrariums in two similar versions from two different blogs.
Aren't they great? Really really love them! I think I should give them a try! Would you?
First one is from Scissors and Steam
(pls visit link for the full tutorial)
It's a fairly new blog and she'd love some new friends!
You can put in anything you like to imitate nature. Even dinosaurs!
The second version is from The Yellow Cape Cod
and she calls them winter garden. It's really worth
paying a visit to her lovely blog. She also offers online design services.

Love those ones from The Yellow Cape Cod - they have a pretty country style, but I can imagine my little brothers loving those dinosaurs!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year Olga!
Isn't it funny how trends seem to go full circle? I remember being a young girl and watching my crafty grandmother create terrariums from old gallon wine jugs. Maybe it's a sign of simpler times but it makes me smile:)
ReplyDelete@Carrie: indeed the trends go full circle! But love it as it always returns even better and improved!
