Scenario no.1:
You're relaxed at home and you suddenly feel that craving for something sweet.
Scenario no.2:
The phone rings and some unexpected guests announce that they are coming your way.
Scenario no.3:
You're going to visit the neighbors / friends / schoolmates' parents.
So in all three cases you need to make something sweet, easy and quick...quick as in
5-minutes preparation! What about a light and fine yogurt treat?
What you'll need:
200gr whipped cream (1 small box)
500gr yogurt (2 cups - I used light 2%)
4 Tbsp powdered sugar
vanilla
Biscuits (I used chocolate and cinnamon ones)
jam of your choice
In a mixer bowl whip the cream with the sugar and vanilla until thickens. Now add the yogurt and whisk lightly with a spoon. Crumble the chocolate biscuits into the batter and blend them in.
Now crumble the cinnamon ones into the bottom of 5 bowls, add the yogurt mixture and put
a tablespoon of jam on top and... you're set! It doesn't get any easier than that!
Enjoy!
Tip: you can add some fresh fruit into the mix for a lighter summery cool dessert!
Inspiration for this dessert was drawn from a very new blogger who happens to be one
of my best friends!
