Hola Olga. What a beautiful home. A country home, well, not on my budget, LOL! I do not know if you are familiar with HGTV. I do not have cable T.V. but even I have heard about it, and I found that there are some free full episodes online at hgtv.com. Anyway, to make a long story short, I got caught up in watching free episodes of "The Property Brothers." Of course, they were doing their show during the great run-up in real estate prices in Canada during 2001 to 2007. Even so, incredible as it seems to me with my humble little $180,000 home, people who seemed very average were buying and improving homes with "total" budgets of $600,000 to $900,000! It just amazed me. Well, I'm happy with my little humble abode here. I have to wonder what that Spanish country home would sell for today -- maybe a bargain? I am glad to see you back, Olga. I missed seeing your posts the past few months. I hope everything is all right with you. Goddess bless you, you are an inspiration to your fans.
