ReplyDeleteI am with mydecoreview - I love the red wall - minus the curtains. Very dramatic! But the after photos are so clean and fresh and possibly a little easier to live with. Great post. Fx

Wondering about changing the position of the piano, though. Now, the pianist has to turn his/her back to the others in the room, and (though we can't see it in the pic), the top opens toward a wall, which probably doesn't make sense sonically. If this family has gone to the expense of getting a piano like this, good sound has to precede decor. Otherwise, it's like turning the door of your microwave oven to the wall, because you like the back better.
